Meet Liz Rodwell

About Us Dogs have been at the heart of our lives for over 30 years. I have been a breeder and dog show handler in France for more than two decades, specialising in top-line Australian Shepherds and Samoyeds. During this time, my kennels were honoured with Third Best Breeder recognition, reflecting our commitment to responsible breeding, sound temperament and the health and wellbeing of every dog in our care. I have always believed that breeding is about far more than producing beautiful dogs. I have lovingly raised healthy, well-socialised puppies with a deep understanding of their individual needs, ensuring they are given the best possible start in life and the foundations for a happy, healthy future. Having now returned to the UK, my partner and I share our home with our German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois and Australian Shepherd. Dogs remain very much part of our everyday lives. My partner brings extensive experience with German Shepherds in particular. He has rescued and successfully retrained more than 20 German Shepherds, many of whom came to him with difficult histories or behavioural challenges. Through patience, knowledge, consistency and an understanding of the breed, he has helped these dogs develop into confident, balanced companions. Some have gone on to become excellent working dogs within the prison service. Between us, we have decades of hands-on experience in breeding, showing, rescuing, training and living with dogs. Most importantly, we are passionate about putting the needs of the dog first — understanding each individual dog, respecting its temperament and working with it to help it reach its full potential. For us, dogs are not simply a hobby or a business. They are a lifelong passion and an important part of our family and our lives.
