Meet Ottateck

We have bred and shown dogs for many years. We first started with a basset hound in 2002 he was our family pet and first show dog. Then we went into bull terriers for 16 years and had some very good success with them in the show ring. As age and illness started kreeping up on us we went for smaller and less powerful breeds which brought us to miniature wirehaired dachshunds and we became addicted. We have had thanks to a very good breeder friend 4 generations of mini wires and today we have 3 Mini wires and a mini long plus our other breed love an otterhound. All shown all doing or have done very well at shows and we hope continue to do so. We are hoping that by conscientious breeding and health testing our future dogs will help change the issues in dachshunds and Otterhounds.
