Pennymere Kennels is a small, ethical kennel specialising in beautifully bred, show-line Golden Retrievers, with health, temperament, and breed quality at the heart of everything we do. The name Pennymere is inspired by a much-loved dog, Penny, and a treasured memory of her paddling happily in the waters of Loch Lomond. Mere means lake — a quiet nod to that moment and to the deep bond between dogs, nature, and the places that stay with us forever. We breed selectively and responsibly, working only with fully health-tested, KC-registered dogs from exceptional show-line heritage. Every pairing is chosen with care, integrity, and a long-term commitment to the future of the breed.
