At Regal Velvet, our breeding programme is carefully built around health, breed standards, and outstanding bloodlines, including prestigious ASPE, FIFE, and imported European lines. We are proud to work with quality cats from champion ancestry, helping us preserve the classic British Shorthair look with strong bone, plush coats, round features, and sweet temperaments. Our beautiful stud boy, Regal Velvet Henrique, is an exciting import from Portugal, bringing fresh and exclusive lines into our breeding programme. His outstanding pedigree, show success, and excellent health profile reflect the standards we aim for across all of our cats. The welfare of our cats always comes first. All of our cats are raised in a loving home environment, where they receive daily socialisation, enrichment, and experienced care. Visiting queens are also provided with a safe, purpose-built stud setup, including a heated indoor house, secure catio, and 24/7 CCTV monitoring to ensure comfort and peace of mind throughout their stay. We are committed to responsible breeding and complete transparency. Our breeding cats are fully health tested, including PKD, FIV, FELV, and ALPS screening, with certificates available to view. For additional reassurance, SNAP testing can also be carried out on arrival for visiting queens as part of our stud service.
