Meet Ruth

We have had labs since about 2000, and now I'm semi-retired we have the occasional litter at home. The dogs are our passion and they have helped us through difficult times, so because we have the space and facilities it made sense to breed puppies and serve the public so they could also enjoy the benefits of owning a dog. All our treasured testimonials made it all worthwhile too, and we became the first breeders in the UK to bring dogs from the US and Canada to increase the gene pool and include the dilute colours. After about 10 years of dialogue with the Royal Kennel Club they decided to recognise these colours and include them for registration. The breed continues to be high up in the demand table, and we can enjoy seeing these lovely dogs out and about, probably carrying a line or two from our breeding!
