Hello! I've been living in England for six years, originally from Spain. I used to have a lot of animals there. I grew up in a village and then moved to a city as an adult. I've had all kinds of dogs and animals, since I used to work with shelters there, and there are always animals that need fostering.
Chinchillas, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, geese... cats, dogs...
We also had Copito, my adorable cat who lived 24 happy years and crossed the rainbow 2 years ago.
We still have Tod, a cross between "bodeguero andaluz" Jack Russell, and mini pitcher. What a mix, huh? A dog with the temperament of a teenager who never grows up. Tod is 14 years old now, and he's happy getting into mischief. Tod is in my sister's name, although Tod lived with both of us for most of his life, until we became independent.
Now my wife and I have been in England for 6 years, specifically in Bournemouth, and after saving and saving, we have decided that it is time to have a small dog, since our landlord allows us to.
The only requirement is that it be a small dog, which is not a problem for us, because we are looking for a dog that is similar to a Jack Russell, a pitcher, a cocker mix, a chihuahua mix... Any dog that is small really fits into our little world.
We work from home, and we have several breaks available during our work shift, which add up to more than 3 hours in total.
We go for a walk in the morning before starting work (the beach is literally right in front of us; we can see the ocean from our window). So we go to the beach every day.
During the afternoon we always go to the gardens, Queen's Park, the beach, sandbanks... We have a relatively "sporty" and also relaxed life.
We like to go out and play sports and come home and enjoy a movie (and we want a little dog to enjoy all of that with us)
