Meet Sofia Gillham

Hiya! my name is sofia and my hobbies are reading, playing guitar and piano, opera singing and saving the poor old mice my cats bring me 😂 I've been around all sorts of animals my entire life. I've spent my life working with animals, being a stable hand as my first job when i was 14 at my riding school i've been with since i can remember, working with the neighbourhood farmer to help with his livestock, to now being a soon-to-be veterinary nurse! I go to college studying animal studies and gaining A* in exotics management and care, animal health and welfare, animal biology, animal handling and management, caring for zoo animals and british wildlife. I've grown up with a very comical array of animals such as cats, fish, dogs, horses, guinea pigs, tortoises and spiders.. so yes if you cannot tell already i may like animals a tad!! I am always on the lookout for new friends i can house and take care of and hope i don't seem to crazy pet lady to my neighbours! At the moment I have two cats named maxwell (after the beatles song!) and hagrid which i'm sure you can guess where the inspo came on that 😅 I also have two outdoor guinea pigs named fenton and steve, one grouchy tarantula named rosie and am now finishing up a new aquarium for my elderly fish named bob, bobarina and bobly and YES i know your thinking those names are so original and have a lot of thought put behind them 😌
