Our cats are at the heart of our home and our love for them has grown into a devoted hobby of raising happy, healthy kittens. For us, breeding is about love, responsibility, and the joy of nurturing happy, healthy kittens. Each of our Queens have undergone intense health checks before entering our breeding programme. Every kitten receives individual attention, affection and care, so they can grow up confident, curious and well-adjusted. We are passionate about what we do and love sharing our home and our kittens with others. On Instagram, where we have over 1,000 followers, we share daily updates and special moments from our cats’ lives, you can find us at @LITTLE_PAWS_BY_MILES. By sharing our journey, we aim to give families a genuine glimpse into how our cats and kittens live, play and thrive in a loving, family-focused home. Our cat family includes three Ragdolls, Dottie and Bella, classic Bluepoints with Bella GCCF registered, and Cookie, a striking Lilac Lynx. Our British Shorthair, Annie, is a calm, affectionate Lilac female. We also have three magnificent Maine Coons, with their own gentle giant charm. Nine of our cats enjoy our large catio, where they can safely climb, explore and soak up the sunshine. Completing our family are Bagel and Baguette, two mixed-breed rescue cats who roam freely outdoors. This mix of indoor comfort, secure outdoor space and freedom creates a happy, enriching environment where every personality can thrive. As part of my dedication to breeding, I have completed, to the highest level, a course with the Animal Care College in Feline Breeding, Birthing and Kitten Care, ensuring that our breeding practices are informed, responsible, professional and focused on the well being of every cat and kitten. Beyond formal training, we are deeply passionate about feline care. We take a hand approach, constantly learning about feline nutrition, behaviour, genetics, and breed standards and applying this knowledge to create the healthiest and happiest environment for our cats. In addition, following formal training, we are fully qualified in microchipping kittens and have successfully completed the Pet Scanner Micro Chipping Course. This ensures that every kitten leaving our care is responsibly identified and protected, in line with the highest professional standards. We also visit cat shows to learn, enjoy the experience and extend our circle within the cat community. Each show gives us the chance to meet other breeders, see a variety of cats and gain new insights that help us refine our practices and enrich the lives of our cats. We enjoy sharing our knowledge with others and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in feline health, genetics, and welfare, always striving to give our cats and kittens the best possible life.
