Meet SCRUFFSLIFE

SCRUFFSLIFE is our family-run home of much-loved, carefully bred dogs. Our dogs are first and foremost family pets and live as part of our everyday lives. Health, temperament and giving puppies the best possible start are extremely important to us. I work professionally in dog walking, training and behaviour, and Marley regularly comes out with me as part of my working day. This means he is used to different dogs, people, environments and situations, while staying active, engaged and well socialised. He is a fit, athletic Labrador with a calm, affectionate temperament and a real willingness to work and learn. We take health testing seriously and use the appropriate Royal Kennel Club/BVA and DNA testing for our breeding dogs. We carefully consider planned matings with the aim of producing healthy, well-tempered puppies from appropriately matched parents. Our dogs are raised around normal family life, other dogs and plenty of interaction from an early age. We put a lot of time into socialisation, handling and preparing puppies before they leave us. We are always happy to answer questions, show relevant health certificates and keep in touch with new owners. We also love receiving updates as our puppies grow.
