Description
It is with truly heavy hearts that we are looking to rehome our gorgeous Golden Retriever, Rex, who turns 2 years old in August. Due to personal circumstances beyond our control (nothing to do with Rex) , we have had to make the incredibly difficult decision to find him a new home. This is not something we ever imagined doing, and it breaks our hearts.
Rex is a loving, affectionate, and beautiful boy with the most wonderful nature. He is trained off lead, listens well to commands, and has excellent recall. On the lead, he can pull at times, so he would benefit from some additional training in this area. He absolutely loves other dogs, so a home with another dog would be ideal. He is also great with young children.
Rex is energetic and enjoys long walks and outdoor adventures. He loves his toys and thrives on attention and affection. If you give him your time, love, and consistency, he will truly be your best friend.
He can stay at home on his own, although we would not recommend leaving him for more than six hours at a time. If he were with another dog, this may be more manageable.
Rex means the world to us, and we love him deeply. We will not let him go to just anyone, finding him the right forever home is our absolute priority. Serious enquiries only, please. We would also like to stay in touch for the first few weeks to ensure he is settling in well and being properly cared for.
We will be asking plenty of questions to make sure Rex goes to the loving home he truly deserves.
