❤️ULTRA-STUNNING UNI IS READY TO GO HOME 🏡🐾
Uni and her brother, Uto, are stunning kittens, aged 6-mths. They are now ready to find their new homes.
These kittens were trapped from a feral colony, where a lot of the cats and kittens were noted to have neurological issues. Uto had an episode of becoming very poorly when he was first rescued. He was tested for toxoplasmosis and this was positive. Our vets decided to treat all the kittens as they all had varying degrees of neurological symptoms. They have been with us for many weeks and have completed a 4-week treatment plan. The kittens have now been signed off for rehoming, as they have remained stable over a long period of time. However, any adopter needs to know this history and that we cannot be sure about their prognosis. The kittens still present with varying degrees of neurological symptoms.….some are very subtle with slight head bobbing. Most people wouldn't realise this was an issue and, only when you know to look for it, is it noticeable. Because of the varying levels of neurological issues, we will only consider INDOOR homes for these kittens, where sufficient enrichment will be offered.
Uto and Uni, are looking for kind and patient adopters, who won’t expect too much straight away but will instead enjoy building their confidence at the kittens' own pace and developing a bond that will last a lifetime ❤️
Uni is the shyest of the siblings in her litter. She wants to get involved in everything but her nervousness is currently holding her back from taking that final step. She has started to make small steps in her confidence building, as she will often give her fosterers a sniff greeting and loves to play with toys 🧸🎾.
Uni has shown previously that she can purr and seems to enjoy a fuss, so we have no doubt that she will get there again. She loves to watch TV 📺 and play 'mouse' on the tablet, even half sitting on her fosterer's lap to do so.
Uni is looking for someone who is willing to carry on her confidence building, giving her lots of patience and kindness, to allow her to progress at her own pace.
Uni can be rehomed with her brother, Uto or as a single kitten. She also loves the resident cats in her foster home, so a confident, friendly resident cat may help her to build her own confidence as she starts her new life. She isn’t used to dogs and any children in her forever home will need to be aged 13-years+.
Uni is in foster in Runcorn and has been neutered, chipped, parasite treated and is fully vaccinated. If interested in adopting her, please call us on ************ and leave a voicemail. Adoption fee and vetting applies.
