Description
I am looking to rehome my Siberian Husky due to a change in family circumstances.
This has been a very difficult decision. I have a young child who is about to start walking, and my dog has shown resource guarding behaviour (growling around her food and bed). Because of this I feel she would be much better in a home with no young children and with someone experienced in handling and training dogs with similar behaviour.
Luna is otherwise a loving intelligent and active dog who enjoys attention and exercise, as expected with the breed. She is well trained and responds to basic commands. She will thrive in a well structured home with an owner that understands huskies and is willing to continue on her training around food guarding. If I didn’t have the little one this will not be a concern to us, however we don’t have the right time for her that she needs.She is currently leaving with a chihuahua and they get along really well.
