Jennifer was absolutely lovely throughout the whole process.
She welcomed us to visit our puppy multiple times before he was ready for collection and kept us updated every week with photos and videos. She also answered our endless questions quickly and with so much patience.
Both the pups and the parents were always happy, healthy and clean, and all the vet records were fully up to date.
Jennifer also gave us a blanket with the mum's scent and clear guidance on food, brand and feeding schedule.
It was our first time getting a puppy from a breeder, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.
