Todd is our beautiful 3-year-old miniature dachshund who we are sadly looking to rehome due to his complex needs. This is an incredibly difficult decision, so we are looking for the perfect home where he can truly thrive. Todd is very loving, loyal and affectionate with his people, and once he trusts you, he forms an incredibly strong bond. He has so much personality and can be the most wonderful companion. However, Todd can be territorial, overprotective and suffers with separation anxiety. Because of this, he needs an experienced, patient owner who understands reactive or anxious dogs and is willing to continue working with him consistently and positively Todd would be best suited to: • A calm adult-only home • Someone who has plenty of time to dedicate to him • A home where he won’t be left alone for long periods • Someone willing to put in the effort and training to help him feel secure In the right environment, Todd has so much love to give and truly will reward the right person with endless loyalty and companionship. Todd is not neutered and has not had his vaccinations this year. We are in no rush and will only consider homes that are the right fit for him.
