Description
Raven is a 4 year old Collie who my mum originally got from a farm at 10 months old but he was scared of sheep etc so the farmer rehomed him.
He is microchipped, castrated and vaccinations are up to date.
He is an anxious boy and requires an experienced owner who can give him the time and attention he needs.
He is a very active boy who loves to play with balls and tug-of-war. He has hyper times where he runs around throwing toys for his self.
He can be scared of people he does not know at first but is a lovely cuddly boy once he knows you.
Raven is used to other dogs (lives with 3 others in both my mums and my own home),cats, rabbits and children (I have 7 children).
He has his basic training like sit, down etc and has basic agility training however he does need to be taught some basic household manners such at not jumping at the table for food. We are working on this while he is here with us.
Raven is my mums dog however he is a handful and too much for her to handle, he was being kept in a crate far longer than he should be so with mums approval we have decided he needs a new home where he has some freedom to run around and be his crazy self.
He is currently staying with myself and is only crated overnight however unfortunately due to having 3 dogs already (as well as being a large family of 9 people) we are unable to keep him full time.
We would like raven to go to an experienced collie keeper who has time to train, play and walk Raven as he is very active. A large garden where he can run around would also be a preference.
