Description
We are looking for a wonderful new home for Jac, our 2½‑year‑old Border Collie. Jac was kept from our exceptional working dog Meg’s litter (Meg is the daughter of Red Spot and an outstanding sheepdog on our farm). Although we had hoped Jac would follow in her footsteps, he simply has no interest in working sheep, so we feel it’s only fair to find him a home where he can thrive in a different role.
Jac is a gentle, affectionate boy with a sweet nature. He can be a little shy at first, but once he knows you, he is incredibly loving. He has grown up around our three young children and is very comfortable with family life.
He enjoys the company of other dogs, though he can be a bit too playful for older dogs, so we feel he would be happiest as the only pet in the household. Jac would suit an active home with people who understand the Border Collie breed and enjoy the outdoors.
We would like potential new owners to come and meet Jac to ensure it’s the right match for both him and you.
