It is with a heavy heart that I have had to come to the decision to give up my male budgies. I just don't have the time to give them the attention they need working full time and dog sitting.
They're very friendly but do take some time to warm up to you and are a little skittish at sudden movements. (They've never been officially named but I do have nicknames for them) The yellow one (DJ Yelluh) is a lot more confident, he will let you scratch his head and will hop on my hand with no issues and the blue one (Ice Cube) takes a few seconds to think about it and will nibble fingers more than the millet.
They just need someone who has the time and a bit more know how as these are my first birds bought on an impulse without much research unfortunately
