Beautiful baby beige male chinchilla looking for a loving, responsible and knowledgeable home. He was born on 12th August 2026 and has a beautiful light champagne-beige coat, pink ears and lovely ruby-coloured eyes. He can be reserved in advance and will be ready to leave for his new home from 4th November 2026, at 12 weeks old, provided he is fully weaned, healthy, eating independently and gaining weight well. PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING ME I will only let him go to someone who has experience with chinchillas or has properly researched their care and understands their needs. Finding the right home for him is more important to me than making a quick sale. Chinchillas are not toys or short-term pets. They are a long-term commitment and can live for many years with proper care. They are very sensitive to heat and need a cool, dry and well-ventilated environment, with particular care during warmer weather to prevent overheating. Chinchillas should never be bathed in water. They keep their coat clean with a proper chinchilla dust bath. Their diet should consist mainly of good-quality hay, suitable chinchilla pellets and constant access to fresh water. I may ask potential owners a few questions about their experience, accommodation and how they plan to care for him.
