Description

Buzz is our beautiful 20 month old Husky male. Neutered and chipped and everything he should be. I want to concentrate on why we have to find him another home. We have had him for just over three months. We rescued him from his previous owner who had him for 14 - 15 months but never socialised him outside the home. Buzz lived with other dogs and two cats. Since we took him on and introduced him to our male and female Malamute - they got on amazingly well. Buzz was entire when we got him and we got him neutered within two weeks., After we had Buzz for two months he found his feet and started to challenge my male malamute for dominance. Neither would back down. This meant - that for the last six weeks my wife and I have had to keep the boys apart. It has been and still is HELL to do that. I have contacted in excess of 45 rescue centres. Nothing..... they are all full. Buzz is genuinely adorable - he IS nervous of others. Be patient. but once he trusts you he will be your shadow. he is playful. So loving, gentle - he loves cuddles, fusses, walks and is food motivated so will be easy to train, He knows basic commands, But, he is a Husky - so will answer on his terms. Respond on his terms, sit on his terms, paw on his terms lol. Anyone who knows the breed,. will not be surprised. Buzz will thrive as an only dog. But, he still listens to my female when he annoys her and backs off. I just would NOT recommend Buzz goes with another male unless that male is submissive. We raw feed Buzz,. He thrives on that. He love eating the food frozen and he has frozen chicken drumsticks for treats. Buzz loves walks. Loves being around his hoooman. The ONLY reason we are having to rehome Buzz is because of the male / male dominance. It is breaking my our hearts to have to do so. but for the last six weeks we have had to keep the boys apart. This means my wife and I live apart - one upstairs with one male and the other downstairs with the other. We do not want money for Buzz - But I WILL vet you. I will come round your house. I will ensure that Buzz goes to the best ever home. If I am not happy then I am sorry but I will not give Buzz over to you. Please.... ANY questions - get in touch. Huskies look cute - but they are NOT a first time dog for anyone. They are needy, goofy and downright WEIRDOS. But please help Buzz. Buzz is FREE but I have to put £75 in the costings. If I incur costs from this site. Just cover those.
