Description
Xoloitzcuintle - Mexican Hairless standard adult male. 3 years old . Neutered.
**Very difficult decision to rehome – experienced, suitable home only 🐾**
Due to a change in personal circumstances, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to find the right home for our boy. This isn't a decision that has been made lightly, and finding a genuinely suitable home is far more important than finding one quickly.
He is a lovely dog with an excellent level of training. He is crate trained, settles well in the house and is good with both people and other dogs. He has not been getting on with other large entire males in our home, so he has now been neutered to help diffuse the tension. He does however get on fine with 6 other dogs as well as visiting dogs. All different sizes.
He can be sensitive/spooky in some situations and would suit a calm, understanding home. He cannot live with children as he finds their unpredictable movements and behaviour worrying.
He is good with other dogs but **cannot live with another entire male** as they target him.
He has lived around cats and is good with them
He is Kennel Club registered and his breeder is fully aware that we are looking for a new home for him.
We will be very selective about where he goes and will be completely open about his personality, history and needs with anyone genuinely interested. You're very welcome to arrange to meet him and spend some time getting to know him.
Please message initially with some information about yourself, your home, any children and other pets, and the sort of life you could offer him. I'm also very happy to arrange a phone call with suitable potential homes.
**Serious enquiries and permanent homes only, please.**
