I am looking to rehome my Dachshund (Blackie) and her puppies!!
The puppy is back up for sale due to a customer sadly couldn’t take him!
He is just on the nine weeks old, which he is ready to leave now
Mum and puppy can leave together or leave separate!!

Communication with Douglas was great throughout making it easy to have our questions answered. When we went to see our pup we were able to see Mum and Dad too which was lovely and offered lots of reassurance around the temperament of them and the pup! Winston has settled really well and is healthy.

The breeder was always patient, helpful, and happy to answer our questions, sharing his knowledge and experience with genuine care. It is clear that he truly loves his dogs and looks after them with great responsibility and dedication. Our puppy was well-socialised, healthy, and clearly raised in a loving environment.

Pros
Extremely affectionate and loyal little dogs
Very intelligent Dachshunds learn quickly and know how to please
Fun-loving and playful by nature
Energetic and feisty Dachshunds like to be kept entertained
Cons
Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
The breed is known to suffer from quite a few health concerns so vet bills can be high and why pet insurance is so important for anyone owning a Dachshund
