Description
This is Roma, she is a 19 month old miniature Dachshund weighing 5KG. She is up to date with all injections, boosters, flea and worm treatment.
Roma is a loving and affectionate dog once she knows you. She really struggles with new people and isn't great with dogs either. She plays with our neighbours Chihuahua great but is super reactive to any other dogs/people when on walks. She will bark and lung and can be really difficult to walk.
Roma is not to be rehomed with any children! She currently lives with my son who is 6 and Roma absolutely adores him but due to her being super hesitant around new people I don't think she would settle well around young children.
I was currently working from home every day but have recently switched roles and roma is finding it difficult to be on her own every day for all that time. I'm unable to get a dog walker as she doesnt like new people and takes a long time to trust somebody.
Roma is crate trained to a certain extent (she is fine in there for 4 hours maximum) however she does not sleep in her crate at night, she sleeps in my bed and loves to burrow under the covers.
Roma needs a home where she isn't going to be left alone all the time as she has separation anxiety.
