These puppies are bred to become loyal family companions, active adventure dogs, scent work or gundog partners, combining the classic Springer enthusiasm with a lovely ability to settle in the home. Meet the Parents Destrier Bluebell Pippa (Dam) Pippa is a loving, intelligent and highly biddable girl with a wonderful off-switch. She is affectionate, calm and deeply connected to her people. She loves using her nose, searching, exploring and learning new things. Athletic without being over the top, she has a beautiful balance of drive outdoors and calmness indoors. Within my pack she is a quiet, fair leader who earns respect through her calm confidence. Gayener King Harry of Destrier (Sire) Harry is a handsome liver and white dog from part show lines with excellent breed type and an easy-care coat. He is cool, calm and collected, highly intelligent and very much a thinker rather than a doer. His steady, sensible temperament perfectly complements Pippa's affectionate nature. HEALTH TESTING Both parents have been health tested, with results available to view. Destrier Bluebell Pippa – Dam • BVA eye test: Unaffected • PLA Grade 0 • AMS: Hereditary Clear • FUCO: Hereditary Clear • PFK: Hereditary Clear • PRA Cord1: Hereditary Clear Some of Pippa’s results are not currently displayed on the Kennel Club website, but separate health certificates can be provided with the puppies. Gayener King Harry of Destrier – Sire • BVA eye test: Unaffected • PLA Grade 0 • AMS: Clear • FUCO: Clear • PFK: Clear • PRA Cord1: Carrier As Pippa is clear and Harry is only a carrier for PRA Cord1, none of the puppies can be affected. Puppies may be clear or carriers only. The puppies cannot be affected by AMS, FUCO or PFK. The mating has a low Coefficient of Inbreeding of approximately 6% over 30 generations on MyKC. Harry’s own Coefficient of Inbreeding is just 1.1%. Raised the Bluebell Way My puppies are home reared underfoot as part of our busy family home, never in kennels. They are raised alongside adult dogs and cats and experience all the sights and sounds of everyday family life from birth.
