Cookie – 20 month old Cockapoo looking for a new home It is with a very heavy heart that we are looking for a new home for our much loved Cockapoo, Cookie. Cookie is a 20 month old male Cockapoo who has recently been neutered. He is affectionate, intelligent and loves being around people. He enjoys fuss and cuddles, loves exploring on walks, and is very food motivated which makes him eager to learn. He knows basic commands, enjoys enrichment and has settled well into a home routine. He travels well in the car, sleeps downstairs through the night. He is a typical young Cockapoo with plenty of energy and enjoys sniffy walks. Sadly, since coming to live with us he has struggled to settle with our toddler. For this reason, Cookie is looking for: * An adult-only home, or potentially a home with sensible older teenagers (we do not feel he is suitable for a home with young children). * Someone who understands young, energetic dogs and is willing to continue his training and routine. * A home where he will receive plenty of exercise, enrichment and companionship. This has been an incredibly difficult decision and is absolutely no reflection on how loved he is. We simply want to do what is best for both Cookie and our children. We will only consider homes where we feel Cookie will be happy, safe and well cared for. He will come with harness, bones/chews etc, bowls and his bed.
