Description

Handsome Morph, in foster Devon area with his sister Mindy. Can be homed alone or together. Fosters words written on 24.3.25 (thank you for keeping them safe & for the lovely write up):- *Morph* “Morph is a darling, he's got a very cheeky and inquisitive character albeit still wary but more confident than his sister Mindy. Morph is the first to get up and investigate when he hears us come down in the morning and he's definitely more engaged with us. Morph is also very gentle and calm and is very protective of his sister Mindy, in a lovely way, he can sense her anxiety and is always there to help her which is truly wonderful to see. He's a great brother. He's a tail wagger, he loves human company and loves a good tummy rub. He's always happy to see us. Morph loves toys, he looks so happy curled up chewing and playing with his toys. He also likes to pinch tea towels from the washing basket, cheeky boy! His personality is really starting to show now, he's a wonderful little boy. “ *Mindy & Morph* “Both Mindy and Morph are adjusting well to living in a home. They are understandably worried about new noises, especially typical household noises that they have never experienced before. But with reassurance they are coping well. We have made some adjustments to noises they really don't like and this is helping. For example they don't like when the washing machine spins, so we close the kitchen door and that dulls the noise just enough that they feel less anxious. We have been slowly trying to introduce them both to every day sounds, at first every sound worried them but now they are becoming more tolerant to everyday sounds and as mentioned above with reassurance they are managing better. They both tend to stand by the back door which leads into the garden when they need or want to go out which is great progress in such a short amount of time. They are both happy off lead in the garden, they will venture out with encouragement and just lay or sit in the sunshine quietly. They do need gentle encouragement to come back in again and they will then just go back to their safe spot. They are clean in the house, we do place mats down at night time and they have used these overnight rather than just mess anywhere which is really quite amazing that they know to use the mats. They have both had a bath which they weren't too keen on to start with but when they realised it wasn't anything to be scared of they calmed down. This seems to be the case with everything, once they know it's nothing to be scared of and with reassurance, they are ok. These are just two wonderful dogs who are just unsure of all that's new around them. They both enjoy human interaction, Morph is more forward than Mindy but with time Mindy will become more confident too. They both eat and drink very well, we have been feeding them dry kibble only and they are both enjoying their meals. P.s They both love to pinch slippers and shoes 😉” Age: 1yr approx on 6-10-24 Coat:Short/smooth Sex: boy Adults women / men Dog trained gentle children Been around cats Will blossom in a home Flourishing with time as expected Dogs Feeds from your hand Love their food Travelling Handling Attention :) Gentle Neutered / castrated All Bloods are negative Brucellosis negative Vaccinated Passport / microchip Flea/tick/worming Clinical inspection Health certificate Collar / ID DISC Transport outlay & home check applies.
