Description
Our handsome little boy is looking for a loving family to spend his life with.
He will come with his cage which we keep open as his safe space for his hay and bowl, his litter tray, his bowl, his owl toy, his tunnel and his blanket so he has familiar things with him and does not feel lost when he joins your family. We love him to bits and want to make sure his new family will love him just as much.
He is incredibly friendly and very affectionate. He loves to follow you around and will be curious about everything you do. If you are cooking he will try to peek at what you are doing. If he cannot see he will stand up to investigate. He is very funny and has not quite realised yet that you do not need to put your paws in the bowl to eat.
When you give him a treat he will often run around with it for ages before finally settling down to eat it. He has a wonderful personality and will thrive in a home where he gets lots of love and plenty of free roam time.
He is fed Timothy hay and drinks water from a bowl, never from a bottle. His favourite greens include spinach, watercress, mint, rocket, romaine, parsley, basil and cucumber. He loves fresh greens. He has also tried watermelon and apple but so far his favourite treat is seedless grapes.
He can get eye irritation from dusty hay so we recommend good quality hay rather than compressed hay or hay that is cut a lot. We have bought an eye serum from the pet shop that can help with irritation for pets that are more sensitive to dust, it’s always great to have and you can buy it for less than £10.
He absolutely loves his Mint Juniors pellets!!🥰
