Due to no fault of his own Reuben is looking for a new home. My home life circumstances are changing and I’m no longer able to keep him. He has just recently lost his partner (Ezmi - you may see her in some of the photos) Reuben is 5 years old, I’ve had him since he was 14 weeks old. Up until recently he was living as a bonded pair but she said passed away. Reuben would be looking for someone who can take him on and spend time with him and potentially over time introduce him to another friend? Reuben has lived as an indoor rabbit since I have had him, Reuben has a large pen that is his safe place in the house, Reuben also come out for regular free roam time when I am home. Reuben can be very curious and will climb on you and take treats from your hand and even enjoyed a head rub. He’s not as fond of being picked but does tolerate it for having his nails done or moving him. Since owning Reuben I’ve had no health issues with him. He does however get sore hocks (very common in Rex rabbits). Reuben will come with his pirate ship, castle and litter tray/hayfeeder. He can also come with his pen if you would like. Any food, hay, litter, treats and toys I have left over will come with him too. I would like Reuben to continue to have an appropriate set up and will not accept him living in a small cage or hutch. Please do you research before looking to take a rabbit. Reuben can continue as an indoor rabbit or could be introduced as an outdoor rabbit with appropriate set up shed/outhouse. I will request a picture of his set up before he leaves me and may ask you some other questions before agreeing. I adore this little man and want the best for him.
