It is with a very heavy heart that I am looking to rehome my birds due to noise levels becoming unmanageable for my family, particularly for my son who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and autism and is finding the volume extremely distressing.
These birds are deeply bonded and I am ideally looking for a home where they can stay together, as they truly love one another and separating them would be unfair.
The Birds:
🦜 Flounder – Lutino Cockatiel (female)
• Hand-reared and very human-oriented
• Steps up onto your finger
• Loves head scratches
• Thinks she’s basically a human
• Gentle, affectionate, and full of personality, she loves being on your shoulder or head as you do your daily chores
🦜 Ariel & Eric – Budgies (bonded pair)
• Very close and affectionate with each other. Ariel will sometimes fly onto you but only if she's feeling like she wants to. Eric is under a year and so can be tamed easier
• Eric absolutely adores Flounder and follows her around
• Ariel and Eric are strongly bonded and must stay together
🦜 Sebastian – Cockatiel (rescue)
• Recently joined the flock
• Has clearly found comfort and belonging with them
• As a rescue, I am especially keen not to move him again unnecessarily or split him from the flock he has bonded with
Despite being different species, this flock works beautifully together, which is why I am strongly prioritising a home willing to take them as a group or at least keep bonded birds together.
Important Information:
• They will only go to a knowledgeable, loving home
• I may ask questions about experience, setup, and environment
• Indoor homes preferred
• No breeding homes

These birds are incredibly loved and this decision has not been taken lightly. Their wellbeing comes first, and I am happy to wait for the right home rather than rush this.
