Description
We are looking for a loving, experienced home for Hattie, our 2 year old female Boxer. This has been a very difficult decision, but due to clashing with our other female Boxer and ongoing tension within our multi-dog household, we feel it is in Hatties best interests to find a calmer environment where she can mature and thrive. Hattie comes from a strong Boxer show background and has won multiple awards. She is a lovely example of the breed – well put together, beautiful , and full of character. She has been raised in a true Boxer household with her mum, dad and several other Boxers across different generations. Both of her parents are heart scored, and she comes from health-tested lines. Hattie is fully vaccinated, regularly wormed and flea treated, microchipped (details will be transferred to the new owner), and has no known health issues. Hattie is extremely affectionate and loves cuddles – she really enjoys being close to you on the sofa or at your feet, and she will happily try to climb onto your lap! She is very young-minded, playful, and full of energy, bouncing around in typical Boxer style. She enjoys walks, although she does pull on the lead and would benefit from ongoing training and guidance. She knows basic household routines but still needs work on manners and general obedience. Hattie is very food and play motivated, so with consistent training, she will thrive. She is confident when she is with her family dogs but can be more unsure on her own. She sometimes clashes with her Auntie, so he will do best in a home where he is not easily led by another dog and can focus on maturing. Hattie loves travelling and is comfortable on long journeys. She is crate trained for sleeping but also loves relaxing on the sofa. She is fed Eukanuba Professional Adult and thrives on routine, play, and attention. We are seeking an experienced Boxer home only – she is not suitable as a first dog. She needs a secure, good-sized garden to play and burn off energy, and a family with older teenage children who can provide time for training, exercise, and socialisation. We are not looking to sell to breeders, dealers, or resellers – our priority is finding the right, lifelong home for Hattie. Rehoming process: Serious enquiries will start with a phone call discussion, followed by a face-to-face meeting at our home in South Nottingham. A rehoming contract will be used, and no shipping or third-party collections are accepted. Price: £650 – this reflects our focus on finding the right home, not profit. This decision has not been taken lightly. Hattie is a much-loved, caring, playful, and affectionate dog, and this is about harmony in our pack, not behaviour issues. We are only interested in genuine enquiries from people who understand Boxers and can offer her the love, attention, and guidance she deserves.
