Description
We are looking for a very special forever home for our beautiful young black Standard Poodle boy, currently around 8–9 months old.
He is an absolutely lovely dog with a genuinely wonderful character. He is extremely affectionate, attentive and people-focused, loves human company and forms a very strong bond with the people around him. He is bright, intelligent and very quick to understand and learn – everything you would hope for in a Standard Poodle.
He is also very good with other dogs and is used to being around dogs of different sizes, both large and small. He has a lovely, sociable nature and gets on well with canine company.
He has been **vet checked**, has **both testicles fully descended**, **good healthy teeth**, is **microchipped** and **KC registered**. Other than the earlier issue with his paw described below, there are no known health concerns.
When he was younger, he had an injury to his front right paw. This has left a slight curve to the paw and a very mild, occasionally noticeable unevenness in his movement. It does not compromise his normal activity levels, general health, happiness or quality of life. He is an active, happy young dog who enjoys life just as he should.
We want to be completely open about this, but equally, we do not want this small imperfection to overshadow what a genuinely lovely dog he is.
The only reason he is being offered at such a significantly reduced price is because of his paw. A Standard Poodle puppy of his breeding and quality would normally be around **£2,000–£2,200**, however we are asking just **£650** for him.
For us, finding the right forever home is much more important than achieving his normal value. We are hoping to find someone who can look beyond this very slight physical difference and appreciate the wonderful dog in front of them.
He has so much to offer: he is clever, responsive, affectionate, engaging and extremely human-oriented. At 8–9 months old, he is also past the very youngest puppy stage while still being a young dog with his whole life ahead of him.
We are looking for a kind, committed home where he will be loved as a family member and appreciated for his fantastic character. We would much rather find **the right person for him** than simply sell him to the first enquiry.
If you think you could offer this gorgeous boy the loving forever home he deserves, please get in touch. We are very happy to discuss his paw, his history and his personality openly and answer any questions.
**£650 to the right home.**
