Description

We have 3 generations of Miniature Golden Doodle, which we bred from our beautiful F1, Luna. Luna was then bred with an F1b and we kept Bonnie, who was then carefully matched with a KC Registered Miniature Poodle to produce a litter of potential Therapy Dogs, which is where our stud, Teddy came from. All of our dogs are proven hypoallergenic and are also working Therapy dogs, providing wellbeing interventions for children in Foster Care as well as those unable to access the Education System. Teddy is deliberately smaller than the typical Miniature Golden Doodle, to suit those that want a lap dog whilst also having a "proper dog" rather than a small breed. He weighs 13Kg and stands at 16inches (around knee height). He has beautiful chestnut red fur, which is becoming lighter as he gets older and a tight curl which is incredibly soft to touch. Teddy has an exceptional skill for reading and responding to people's emotions and gives great cuddles! He is a very fast learner and completely comfortable being left at home or with friends and family as the breed aren't typically nervous. The mix of Golden Retriever and Poodle in these breeds make them excellent family dogs as they are great with children, they learn commands quickly, love water and other outdoor activities and easily adapt to whatever family activities are underway. They don't require endless walking and will be satisfied with one good walk if that's all you can manage. Teddy makes a wonderful Therapy Dog, being able to adapt to people and environments around him, and we are confident that matched with a female of a similar temperament, he will go on to produce puppies with an excellent calm and attentive nature. Teddy is fully health checked and DNA tested.
