Description
It’s with a heavy heart we are looking for a forever home for our beautiful girl. We have had Venus since she was 16 weeks old, she is now almost 3.
We have never had any issues with her until recently she has taken a disliking to children. This has come completely out of the blue with no explanation. I have a 5 year old at home who now can’t have friends to the house and Venus will often growl and show her teeth. Although she has never bitten anybody I have to be mindful that I have a small
Child here and it’s not a risk I can take. Venus would suit an adult only home or a home with older children.
That aside, she is the most wonderful happy girl. She loves nothing more than cuddles and loves lots of company from her humans. Swimming and eating are her favourite pastime times in true Labrador style! We take her swimming often and she is a great car traveler.
Venus is up to date with all injections and flea and worm. She is house trained and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate at night with no problems. Venus has a mix of raw and grain free kibble in her diet and will come with food, lead, collar and bowl.
The aggressive behaviour towards young children could be managed with professional training however I’m not in a position to invest in this right now. She would suit a single person or a couple over a family. She can live with all other animals, we have cats and rabbits and never had any problems.
