Faith is snow bengal. She has been with me since a kitten. Unfortunately my older male and female crossed the rainbow bridge leaving Faith with her 4 year old sister (not birth sister). The girls have just fought since. I introduced another bengal boy as pack leader to break the dynamic which went well for 6 months then stopped working as he picks on Faith who chases Hope. Best intentions, but my other male and female are bonded.
Faith is becoming really anxious. I need to find her a home as a single cat, with no other animals, no young children and a patient and gentle owner. She will need time to build her confidence. She doesn’t like being shut in a room alone.
When she is confident she is a loving cat on her terms. She has a big purr and loves cuddles. But you need to allow her to walk away when she is ready. You will know as she goes to get up or you get the look!
Faith is really clean cat, she has high standards. Generally lazy for a bengal but still likes short blast of play. She has a big jump. She loves nothing more than lying in the window in the sun or on the heat pad.
She does go out in a cat protection system. She is not street wise! Not suitable to be let outside of a secure garden. She would be suitable as a house cat or catio.
This is a truly difficult decision for me. I want the best for my girl. She needs to be someone’s princess. Now on a calmer to manage her anxiety. (Petease) this could be taken out when settled
