With the heaviest of hearts we are having to consider rehoming our 1 1/2 year old Shih Tzu (light brown). The dynamics of the family household have changed, we have exhausted all other options and in the best interest of our dog and the family rehoming is the last option we are left with.
Named Cassia (Cinnamon), loves cuddles, active - enjoys walks and being outdoors. House trained, up to date with vaccinations, flea & worming treatments. Grown up around children and busy household - however I think best placement would be in a child free home or older children household. Not neutered - currently on the waiting list to be neutered.
All possible homes would be checked, references required, vetting of all applicants and household members is non negotiable.
Is it very important that the new owner is willing to remain in touch as cassia grows. Her companion will miss her but ultimately it’s best for both dogs and all members of the household.
Price is set to ensure that all transfer of ownership is covered and to mostly ensure that cassia ends up in the right home for her.
