Description

Gonzo. He is 8years old His previous home was all male based (male handler). He does prefer men to females- I can stroke him but on his terms only. Yet with my husband he adores him on the weekends he comes home. He will happily sit on his shoulder, legs, arm of the sofa playing the Xbox or chilling watching the TV. Feed wise- sweetcorn, peas, broad beans, broccoli, grapes and apple (some days he loves it more than others). He has a mixed seed ration of Amazon parrot and parakeet feed as well as parrot pellets, calcium blocks and sweet bell treats for parrots every so often. He prefers self baths of a water bowl provided near the sink (where the sun comes in to bath and sunbath) but during his naughty stages or where he doesn’t want to I spray him down lightly with a bottle spray. He loves his toys and perch when out the cage. At current he is mainly cage bound the last month as I’m away with appointments from the tumour find and so with being 5 months into my pregnancy I’m on emergency care which is the main reason for sale as with the baby coming and then straight into operations and harsh treatment afterwards I want him at a loving home which I’m unsure what’s happening with my future. He sings, wolf whistles, never properly spoken- male owner before said he did but I’ve not heard him. He’s obsessed with a radio playing, music on Alexa, a broom (often would sit on the broom whilst I cleaned the kitchen) 🤣 and hoover. Cage can go with him and including toys and side perch that hangs from the top of the cage Bridgnorth, Shropshire
