We have a beautiful litter of Golden Retriever puppies raised here at Wootton Fields, our five\-star licensed breeding establishment in the Shropshire countryside\. We currently have five gorgeous boys available\. These are strong, happy and affectionate puppies with the wonderful, gentle nature for which Golden Retrievers are so loved\. They adore people, enjoy being handled and cuddled, and have received an enormous amount of individual attention from the moment they were born\. Each puppy has his own lovely personality\. Some are confident, playful and eager to explore, while others are quieter, thoughtful and especially cuddly\. All are friendly, people\-oriented little characters who are developing beautifully\. ## Raised as Part of Our Family Wootton Fields is very much a family affair\. Sophie and Dave are at home and fully involved in caring for the puppies, and we genuinely feel that we have the best jobs in the world\. I am a retired nurse and particularly enjoy spending time caring for, playing with and getting to know each puppy\. Our grandchildren are also involved, providing plenty of gentle play, affection and everyday family interaction\. The puppies are accustomed to being handled by different members of the family\. This helps them develop into confident, affectionate young dogs who enjoy human company and are well prepared for family life\. ## A Little More Time With Mum We have deliberately allowed these puppies to remain with Mum and their littermates for a little longer, rather than rushing them into their new homes\. This valuable extra time allows them to wean naturally and gradually, continue learning from Mum, develop appropriate behaviour through play with their brothers and sisters, and benefit from further socialisation and confidence\-building\. We believe this additional time makes a real difference to their development and helps prepare them for the transition into their permanent homes\. ## Their Care and Daily Routine The puppies have followed a carefully managed worming programme from two weeks of age\. They are currently fed four meals each day\. Their food includes a little meat to make it especially appetising, together with salmon oil to support healthy skin, coats and joints\. We have also begun establishing good early habits, including a consistent feeding and sleeping routine and the foundations of toilet training\. Following the routine he already knows can make the transition gentler and help him feel safe, secure and settled during those important first days and weeks\. ## Their Temperaments These really are delightful young puppies\. They are affectionate, loving and extremely interested in people\. They enjoy being picked up, cuddled and sitting beside us, but they also have the playful enthusiasm and cheerful outlook typical of the Golden Retriever breed\. There is a lovely variety of personalities within the litter\. Some boys are more adventurous and outgoing, while others are particularly gentle, observant and cuddly\. We spend a great deal of time with them and will be happy to help families choose the puppy whose character is best suited to their home and lifestyle\. Our puppies are raised with considerable human interaction and are familiar with the sights and sounds of normal family and countryside life\. They are carefully fed, extensively handled and given every opportunity to develop into happy, confident and affectionate young dogs\. We are looking for loving, permanent homes where each puppy will be cherished, properly cared for and welcomed as a genuine member of the family\.
