Description

Dumbo is a playful and loving smooth haired miniature dachshund. He is currently a family dog but has been rehomed prior to us getting him in June of this year, making us his third home. We’ve loved having him for the past 5-6 months, however I am relocating to Manchester for a new job and will not be able to leave him in the care of family members unfortunately. While Dumbo is a beautiful dog with some amazing characteristics, he does suffer with separation anxiety and becomes quite stressed on walks when encountering other dogs and sometimes people (dogs being the main trigger). We aren’t entirely sure of his past but have tried our best to navigate through his problems and triggers to give him the best home we could have while he’s been with us. Other than this, he’s been great around kids in the family once he gets used to them. Dumbo loves to play with toys, especially his ball, and he absolutely loves cuddles. If you have any questions please let me know. We are keen to find him a loving home, while understanding that not everyone will be able to give him the attention he needs.
