Description
It absolutely breaks my heart to write this, but I am looking for a loving forever home for my beautiful calico girl, Whiski.
She turned 1 year old in August 2025 and has had one litter of kittens. She was taken in from a home where she wasn’t wanted, and I couldn’t bear to leave her behind. Since being with me, she has truly blossomed into the most affectionate, loving cat.
Whiski is:
• Very cuddly and loves attention
• A big fan of fluffy beds and cosy spots
• Fully litter trained
• Eating both biscuits and wet food (currently on Whiskas biscuits)
• Drinking well
• Up to date with flea and worm treatments
• Recently vet checked in Wakefield on 13th February after her litter
She responds to her name and will come with a pink collar (her current collar has my phone number on it). She’s booked to be microchipped on March 3rd.
She has grown up as an indoor cat. She has been allowed outside with me and tends to stay close by. Due to some previous food insecurity in her earlier home, she did have food-related behaviours when she first arrived, but with patience and routine this has settled beautifully.
The only reason for rehoming is that she is not settling with my existing cat. I don’t feel it’s fair to keep them living separately long-term, and after trying to make it work, I have to put both cats’ wellbeing first. I believe Whiski may be best suited as an only cat, or with a very calm, non-dominant companion.
This is not a decision I’ve made lightly. I’m absolutely gutted, but she deserves a home where she can fully relax and thrive.
