Description
Home-raised Bengal cross / British Shorthair mix kittens available to reserve. Born 18 May 2026 and raised indoors in a normal home environment with their mum, Cleo. They are well handled, used to people, used to household noises, playful, curious and now showing their own individual personalities clearly. Mum is Bengal cross and has been excellent from the start. She raised them fully on her own milk, kept them clean and healthy, gave them equal attention, played with them, and has been teaching them their first lessons in playing, exploring, litter use and young cat behaviour. Mum can be seen with the kittens. | The kittens are now fully onto food and only getting supplementary milk from mum. They are eating well, fully litter trained here, and now using clumping cat litter reliably. They are all very playful and are learning relationships, confidence, boundaries and social behaviour through playing with each other, interacting with mum and exploring their surroundings. | They are Bengal cross / British Shorthair mix and all have Bengal-type markings, with spots and stripes across their bodies to different levels. Their markings show much better in person than in photos, so serious buyers are welcome to arrange a proper viewing. | They are available to reserve now, but they will only leave once they are old enough, eating well, using the litter tray reliably, vet checked and cleared as ready. There is no rushed leaving date. Each kitten will be assessed individually and will only leave when genuinely suitable to move to a new home. | Each kitten will come with around two weeks to one month’s supply of kitten food, Wild Freedom kitten tins, Tigerino clumping cat litter starter supply, microchip, first vaccination, vet check, flea and worming treatment as advised by the vet, 5 weeks’ pet insurance, familiar scent item from home, basic settling-in and care notes, and ongoing advice if needed. | Anyone taking on a kitten should look properly into the ongoing costs of food, litter, vet care, insurance, vaccinations, flea and worming treatment, neutering, toys, scratchers and general care. Kittens grow quickly and go through a lot of food and litter, so the food and litter included should be taken into account as part of the full package. | They are being fed good-quality Wild Freedom kitten tins with a proper mix of nutrients suitable for growing kittens. I personally do not recommend relying mainly on standard pouches, as many contain ingredients I would rather avoid for young, growing cats. They will leave with the food they are used to so their diet can stay consistent during the move. They are also using Tigerino clumping cat litter, and I recommend keeping them on the same litter at first to avoid confusion or accidents while they settle in. | Depending on the age of the kitten when they are ready to leave, they may also have their second vaccination before going to their new home. This will depend on timing and vet advice. Vaccination records will be provided. | Sex is still to be confirmed by the vet at around 8 weeks. I have done my best to sex them myself, but this will be properly confirmed before handover. | Available kittens: Grey female — Fully grey with visible Bengal-type spots and stripes. She is a lovely, chilled little kitten who enjoys attention and cuddles. She is playful and curious, but she also has a softer, calmer side and is happy being handled. She is eating well, using clumping litter reliably, and growing into a very affectionate, settled little cat. | Black female — Fully black with spots and stripes visible through her coat. She is very curious, confident and inquisitive, usually the first one to investigate new areas, explore what has changed, and test the boundaries. She is playful, active, well handled, eating well and using clumping litter reliably. She would suit someone who enjoys a bright, engaged kitten with lots of personality. | Grey and white male — Grey and white with Bengal-type markings across his body. He is full of energy, always bouncing about, playing with his brothers and sisters, and getting involved in everything. He is funny, active, playful and full of character. He is eating well, using clumping litter reliably, and building good social skills through playing, learning boundaries and interacting with the rest of the litter. | Black and white male — Black and white with spots and stripes to varying levels. He can be a little skittish at first, but he is also very curious and loves to play. Once he feels comfortable, his confidence comes through, and he enjoys exploring, playing with his siblings and joining in with what is going on. He is eating well, using clumping litter reliably, and would suit someone patient who will let him settle and build confidence naturally. | One grey and white kitten, Nico, is already reserved and will be going to family. | I want them to go to suitable, loving homes, so I will ask a few basic questions before agreeing to reserve a kitten. This is to make sure each kitten goes to the right home and is properly cared for. These kittens are not to be taken on as a surprise gift, an impulse decision, or something done on a whim. The person responsible for the kitten must be directly involved and must understand the long-term responsibility of taking on a cat. | Each kitten will be microchipped before leaving. The microchip will be transferred to the new keeper at handover. Where the microchip database allows, I also ask to remain as an emergency backup contact for the first 5 weeks, purely as an added safety measure while the kitten settles into their new home. | If at any point the new keeper can no longer keep the kitten, I ask that they contact me first before selling, giving away or rehoming the kitten. This is to help make sure they remain safe and are not passed on irresponsibly. Please message with a bit about yourself, your home, whether you have other pets, and which kitten you are interested in.
