Description
This is Dumbo, he's 1 year and 7 months old. He was bought in December 2024 and stayed with his then owner up until 30th April 2026 when me and my boyfriend bought him as he was up for sale. The previous owners described him as well trained, good with other dogs, kids, crate trained etc. He has been in the house with my female cocker spaniel and they've had no problems whatsoever however out on walks he does bark at other dogs and children so not entirely sure what's going on there. He is a lovely dog when he settles in / gets to know you but I will admit he does need a lot of work... he has only been left the odd time for 2 hours max and destroys beds and has accidents in the crate. We aren't sure if this is because he hasn't been trained well before or what🤷🏼‍♀️ We would keep him if we had the time to train him better however we don't & we got him on the basis of what we were told, we also both have children in our families and can't risk having him around them. We only want the best for him as he is such a lovely dog he just needs work and someone who has the time. It will be sad to see him go however unfortunately we don't think he's a good fit with us and would rather give him the best chance of having a good life with someone else.
