Zak is approaching 15 months old now. He is very energetic and needs a home which can provide the exercise, stimulation and to continue with his training. He is an excellent family dog, gets on well with children…although as a young dog gets overly excited but responds well to commands. He is used to other dogs and has never displayed any signs of aggression. We have a cat and although Zak wouldn’t hurt it intentionally his playing could lead to an injury by means of being squashed so we do try to keep them separated to prevent an injury. Zak is very socialable and thrives on attention, he follows basic commands such as sit, lie down, comes when called whilst at home but haven’t practised recall whilst out amongst the public so he would need to be trained for a recall within a safe environment to keep him safe and prevent him running off. We have reluctantly made the decision to find Zak his new forever home for the benefit of him, he needs a family who has experience with a large breed, who has the space for him to freely roam around in, who will and can give him the obedience that this breed requires and most importantly, who will love him and make him part of the family. Zak lives indoors and is excellent with no accidents what so ever and he is used to crates and outdoor kennel in the event we are going out for the day without him.
