Small Whippet Puppies - Planned Litter (KC Registered)
Our gorgeous girl, Darcy, had a litter of 6 puppies on 4th February, and we are searching for the perfect forever homes for the remaining 2 boys.
Whippets are excellent dogs for those with smaller homes, requiring only shorter walks each day, ideally with an opportunity for zoomies. They are a quiet breed and tend not to bark. Due to their short coats there is minimal shedding, but they will need a wardrobe in winter (if you’re wearing a smart coat outdoors, so too will your whippet!).
Mum - DARCY “Weardaleway’s Dulcie Day” - 11kg:
She is a beautiful soul who brings so much joy to our lives. She is very affectionate and full of character. Darcy was raised with labradors and spaniels, so is playful and confident around bigger dogs. She’s calm and cuddly and enjoys being under a blanket much of the day, but adores an opportunity to stretch her legs when she can!
She lives in a busy family home, so all puppies will be well socialised from birth and accustomed to babies, everyday household noises, and family life.
Dad - BAILEY “Kentixen In The Long Run” - 12.5kg:
He is owned by friends, so is a beloved and well know pal to Darcy. He is a gentle and loving dog who has just as wonderful a temperament. Bailey’s lineage includes many champions, including Becscott Lessons Dreamer of Jasarat, a consistent champion and class winner at Crufts 2014.
The two dogs available both have stunning and unique markings. They are:
- Blue Fawn & White Male (“Eyepatch”)
- Red Fawn & White Male (“Wings”)
They will be KC registered, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and wormed before leaving. They also come with blanket, rope toy, Kennel Club 5-weeks insurance and KC paperwork.
About the Breeders:
Tim is a doctor and Ellen is a voice over artist (working from home), and we have recently welcomed our first born son. We are experienced dog owners and are happy to talk through the joys of owning a whippet with people who have yet to have the pleasure of their company!
These puppies will likely be on the smaller side of the breed, making them ideal for those who may have been considering iggy’s or wiggy’s (with stronger bones and less prone to injury and illness!).
