We had a fantastic experience with our breeder. Communication was excellent throughout, she sent regular updates, photos and videos, which was so reassuring.
When we had an issue with Pets4Homes confirming collection which was incredibly frustrating due to our long journey late at night, Rhian was incredibly patient and supportive, helping raise the issue and made us feel very comfortable and at ease during a 2½ hour wait. Rhian also gave us a care package including food, a scented blanket which we found helped settle him, a toy and all the information from vaccinations, micro chip, contract and a bunch of tips and information she thought would be helpful which I can confirm was extremely useful!
Our puppy was fully health checked and has settled in beautifully. He has a lovely, gentle temperament and is clearly well cared for. We would highly recommend her. Thank you Rhian for all you have done! We will keep you updated!
