Description

🏡 LOVING FOREVER HOME NEEDED FOR MOLLY 🏡 About Me • Name: Molly • Breed: Miniature Short-Haired Dapple Dachshund • Gender: Female • Age: 19 Months Old • Current Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire ✨ My Personality & Traits • Sweet & Spirited: I am incredibly playful and affectionate. I absolutely love squeaky toys—though fair warning, I will completely destroy them! • Active yet Cuddly: I love going for long walks to burn off energy, and my absolute favorite thing is curling up tightly next to my humans in the evenings. • Kids & Cats: I am wonderful with children and currently live happily with three young kids aged 11, 9, and 5. I also share my home with a 6-year-old male cat. • Other Dogs: I am wary around dogs that are bigger than me, so I prefer a home where I feel safe and secure. • House Training: I am house-trained, but I strongly refuse to go outside if it is wet! On rainy days, I use my puppy pad in the kitchen. • Crate Training: I am fully crate-trained and happily sleep on my own. My crate door is left open at all times so I can access my food, water, and my pad if I need a nighttime wee. • Grooming: I get professionally groomed once a month to keep my short coat clean and healthy. ─── 🏥 Health & Medical History • Microchipped: Yes • Vaccinations: Fully up to date • Neutered: Yes (Spayed) • Pedigree: Fully Kennel Club (KC) Registered • Insurance: I currently have an active pet insurance policy with ManyPets. 🐾 My Ideal Home I am a wonderful, loving young dog looking for a forever home where I can get plenty of attention. My ideal family would include: • Someone who has plenty of time for daily walks and fun playtime.A home where I won't be left alone for long periods (even though I am perfectly fine being left alone for a few hours).Someone who is ideally experienced with dachshunds or small breeds and understands our unique quirks. 📦 What I Will Bring With Me To help me settle in seamlessly, I will come with all my essential belongings: • My favorite bed, blankets, and my familiar crate. • My current food, bowls, and favorite treats. • My lead, harness, and toys. • My microchip documents, vaccination details, and official Kennel Club registration papers. • A genuine rehoming fee of £850 applies to ensure a safe, committed, and loving home. This fee reflects her KC registration, everything she comes with, and covers her recent spaying surgery (which cost around £400). Reason for Rehoming: This represents an exceptionally difficult determination for our household; however, owing to substantial alterations in our personal situation, we find ourselves unable to dedicate the requisite time and attention that Molly requires during this particular phase of her development. My present health status has deteriorated considerably due to a spinal condition and mental health. Furthermore, she demonstrates considerable challenges during training sessions involving interactions with other canines, which may be attributed to insufficient early socialization experiences. Consequently, providing her with specialized training tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of her prospective owners would be highly beneficial.
