This is a very difficult decision for our family, but we have made the decision that finding Milo the right home is the best thing for him. Milo has just turned 13 weeks old and is a beautiful male lemon roan working Cocker Spaniel. He is an affectionate, playful and very loving puppy with a huge amount of character. We have had Milo since he was around 10 weeks old and he has been very loved. Unfortunately, after having him for a few weeks and experiencing the reality of having a working Cocker puppy alongside our family commitments, we have realised that we aren’t able to give him the time, attention and lifestyle that he deserves. Rather than keep trying to make a situation work when we know it isn’t right, we want to find him a wonderful home while he is still very young. 🐶 A little about Milo ❤️ Male lemon roan working Cocker Spaniel ❤️ 13 weeks old ❤️ Pure working Cocker ❤️ Beautiful lemon roan colouring ❤️ Microchipped – ready to be transferred to his new owner ❤️ All vaccinations currently up to date ❤️ Vet has advised his next booster at 6 months ❤️ Currently insured ❤️ Currently has a veterinary health plan ❤️ Currently eating AVA Puppy food and has transitioned onto it very well from his previous food ❤️ Crate trained and sleeps happily in his crate at night ❤️ No accidents in his crate ❤️ Pretty much fully toilet trained outside, with only the occasional accident now ❤️ Good with adults and children ❤️ Used to being around children from his previous home, where there were seven children ❤️ A little nervous around other dogs at present, but he is still very young and building his confidence Milo is a typical young working Cocker — intelligent, curious, playful and full of energy. He will need a family who understands the needs of a working-line Cocker and can give him plenty of training, mental stimulation, exercise, companionship and attention as he grows. His mum is black and his dad is lemon roan like Milo. His colouring is particularly beautiful and less commonly seen. This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. We absolutely adore him, but we have realised that our family circumstances aren’t allowing us to give him the life we feel he deserves. We believe finding the right home for him now is the kindest thing we can do. We are not looking to rush him into a new home and we won’t simply choose the first person who enquires. His welfare is our priority, so we’d like to speak to anyone interested about their experience with dogs, their home and lifestyle, and what they can offer Milo. We would ideally like him to go to a loving, stable home where he can become a much-loved member of the family and have the time and attention he needs to thrive.
