Description
Zeus, our handsome boy is 20 months old and, unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to rehome him due to our current living situation and personal circumstances.
He is a lovely, well-house-trained boy who is generally well behaved in the house. He is not destructive and enjoys playing with his toys and going for walks. After a good walk, he settles down nicely and can be trusted to rest at home on his own.
Unfortunately, he is a very large and strong dog, and with an older dog already in the household, we simply do not have enough space for both dogs to have the environment they need. Due to health reasons, I am also unable to take him out every day or provide all the exercise and playtime he needs. When he has not had his walk, he can become overexcited during indoor play because he has so much energy.
He would thrive with an owner who has plenty of space, time, experience with large breeds, and the strength to handle him confidently, especially when he gets excited during play. He generally settles well after a good hour-long walk and would benefit from regular daily exercise, training, and attention.
He recently visited the vet last week for his up-to-date vaccinations and is in good health. I have been told he comes from a blue Cane Corso family, although I do not have his registration papers. As you can see from the pictures, he is a big, strong, Mastiff-type dog.
This is a genuine and difficult decision. If it were not for our current circumstances and the needs of our older dog, we would love to keep him. However, it would not be fair to him or the rest of the household if we could not consistently meet his needs.
We are looking for the right home, not just any home. Someone who will love him for life, provide the exercise and attention he deserves, and understand the responsibilities of owning a large, powerful breed.
Please get in touch if you are genuinely interested and can offer him the right home.
Thank you.
