Hi everyone, Oscar is for adoption not sale but i cant put Zero in the cost box. I'm sending this with a really heavy heart, but we're looking for a forever home for our much-loved 4½-year-old Labradoodle Oscar. We adopted him 18 months ago after his previous owner was bereaved and, because he worked away a lot, could no longer give him the time he needed. Sadly, we've found ourselves in a very similar situation. I now work away frequently, and our dog has formed an incredibly strong bond with me. He's such a loving, affectionate dog and absolutely adores people. He can get excited when visitors arrive wanting to jump up and shower everyone with kisses! Once he's settled, he's a wonderful companion. He loves playing fetch, and a good game of frisbee tires him out much quicker than any long walk ever could! He enjoys being with his people and just wants to be involved in family life. He's previously lived happily with another dog and has also lived alongside our cat without any issues, so we believe he could potentially live with other pets again with sensible introductions. We also now have a 9-month-old baby. Hes neutered, fully vaccinated, registered with the vet, and made a full recovery from a broken leg last year after an unfortunate accident during a bout of zoomies during construction works in the garden. We think he'd thrive with someone who has plenty of time to devote to him—perhaps someone retired, working from home, or simply looking for a loyal companion. He forms incredibly strong bonds and has so much love to give. This isn't a decision we've made lightly, and we will be very careful about where he goes because we want this to be his forever home. We'll be asking lots of questions to make sure it's the right match. If we can't find the right family ourselves, we'll place him with a reputable rescue so he can be rehomed safely.
