Description
Background –
Milo joined is as an ownership surrender. He was living in a family home that no longer felt able to care for him due to changing comittments.
Character –
Smiley Milo is your typical spaniel, loves being outdoors, friends with everyone. When he’s out in the fields he’s full of love and life. He’s best friends with everyone on the kennels team already!
Type of home –
Milo is looking for a calm but active home. As a spaniel he’s high energy and will need plenty of physical and mental stimulation. He’s been loving charging around all our fields!
Milo has met other dogs in our care and has been indifferent to their presence. He could possibly live with another dog but would also be happy being a solo pooch, which is how he was living in his previous home.
Can they live with other dogs? Possibly
Can they live with children? Possibly, older children 13+
Can they live with cats? Not tested
Adopting –
Milo is currently in Kennels (between Cheddar and Wells) and potential adopters will need to visit them here.
Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).

Pros
Loyal and devoted to their families
Social and outgoing by nature
Sprockers are intelligent and therefore highly trainable
They excel at all sorts of canine sports
Cons
Sprockers are extremely energetic and it takes a lot to tire them out
They are not the best choice for first time dog owners
They need lots of vigorous daily exercise to be truly happy dogs
A Sprockers education has to start early and be consistent throughout their lives
