Description
On the 1st of March, our beautiful Peggy brought five of the most wonderful, wriggly, chaotic little souls into the world, and our house hasn't been the same since.
Meet the Gang:
The naming rights were firmly in the hands of the children (I'd like it noted that I did try), and so, without further ado, may I introduce:
🟡 Big Fat Bruno (Golden boy). He was an absolute unit at birth, which is how he earned the name. He has since evened out and is now exactly the same size as everyone else, but the name has stuck and frankly, it suits him.
âš« Samuel (Black boy). Dignified name for a very undignified little pup. He's a loveable chaos merchant.
âš« Lady Glitter Sparkles (Black girl). Yes, really. She has absolutely no idea how fabulous she is. That may change.
âš« Skye (Black girl). The calmest name of the four. Do not let this fool you.
🟡 Jessie (Golden girl). She has a furever home already lined up
Mum, Dad & the Family:
Mum is Peggy, and she has taken to motherhood on her first litter like an absolute natural - a duck to water doesn't quite cover it. She is attentive, loving, endlessly patient (she has to be, given the company), and she will greet you at the door with the kind of enthusiasm that only a cocker spaniel can muster. You have been warned.
Dad is the incredibly handsome Viper, and these puppies come from a long, well-established line of KC registered working cockers. Both parents have the temperament, drive, and instinct that the breed is known and loved for.
These pups have the breeding to be exceptional working dogs and the upbringing to be absolutely bombproof family pets - a brilliant combination.
Life So Far:
From day one, these puppies have been raised in the thick of our family life. They've been cuddled, carried, fussed over, and thoroughly loved by two small children (6 & 8yo) who have taken their responsibilities extremely seriously. Household noise, chaos, laughter, the television, the school run panic, these puppies will have heard it all. They are being socialised the right way: naturally, warmly, and constantly.
Nanny Henry (the dachshund, who is of no biological relation but has fully committed to the role) has been keeping a watchful eye over proceedings. Standards have been maintained.
What You Need to Know:
- Kennel Club Registered: from a long line of KC working cockers
- Legally docked tails: full veterinary certificate provided
- Bred and raised in a family home, these babes have been socialised, loved, and handled daily from birth
- Viewings are mandatory: please come and meet Peggy, meet the puppies, see where they've grown up. This matters to us.
What They'll Come Home With:
- Kennel Club registration paperwork
- Legally docked tail certificate
- 5 weeks insurance
- Full KC puppy pack
- Puppy information pack
- Everything they need to get started in their new home
These are extraordinary puppies and we are absolutely looking for extraordinary homes to match. Whether you're looking for a devoted family companion or a talented working dog (or both), we want to know that these little ones are going somewhere they will be as loved as they have been here.
📍 Location: Hexham, Northumberland
If you think one of these four might be the one for you, please get in touch, and come prepared to fall completely in love the moment Peggy answers the door.
Viewings are by appointment and are non-negotiable - this is a family home and we want to meet you just as much as you want to meet them.
