Description
Our Lakeland pig gave birth to two beautiful werewolf skinny pig babies on the 24th of November — one pink female and one black male.
We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable homes only. Skinny pigs are a hairless breed of guinea pig and are known for being friendly, curious, and full of character. Due to their lack of fur, they require a consistently warm, draft-free environment and eat more food than standard guinea pigs to help maintain their body temperature. Regular skin and health checks are essential, especially during colder months.
Guinea pigs are very social animals and must not be kept alone. The female will need to be placed into an existing herd of females or have another female ready to be housed with her. She is very loud, confident, and full of personality — a real little character.
The black boar is very laid-back and gentle, with a calm temperament. He especially loves romaine lettuce and will need to live with another boar.
Both have been well cared for, are healthy, and growing well. They will only be rehomed to homes that fully understand and can meet the long-term care needs of skinny pigs.
